Terms & Conditions

1. Introductory provisions

The Operator organises a one-day professional conference, Future Dentistry, in Brno, intended for dentists, dental students and dental hygienists. These Terms govern ticket purchases, attendance at the conference and the related rights and obligations.

2. Tickets & registration

Tickets are purchased online via a partner reseller and are tied to the email address provided at the time of order. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation and ticket by email. Please report any discrepancy without delay at info@future-dentistry.cz. Tickets can be transferred to a colleague up to 48 hours before the event — just email info@future-dentistry.cz.

3. Pricing & payment

All ticket prices include VAT. Discounted prices using promo codes (FD2026EARLY for dentists, NEXTGEN2900 for students & dental hygienists) are valid until 15 June 2026 or while discounted tickets last. After the offer expires, the standard price of 9,900 CZK applies. Promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts.

4. Cancellation policy & ticket transfer

• More than 30 days before the event: full refund.
• 30 to 14 days before the event: 50 % refund.
• Less than 14 days before the event: no refund, but the ticket can be transferred to another person (up to 48 hours before the event via info@future-dentistry.cz).
• Under § 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, consumers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal from a leisure-time service performed at a specific date. The Operator nonetheless applies the cancellation schedule above as a goodwill policy.

5. Programme, date & venue changes

The Operator reserves the right to amend the programme, speakers, time or venue if necessary. The overall character and value of the conference will be preserved. Minor changes do not entitle the attendee to a refund. If the Operator cancels the event entirely, attendees are entitled to a voucher for a rescheduled date or a 100 % refund.

6. Attendance rules

Attendees must follow the Operator's instructions and the venue rules, present a valid ticket at entry, observe hygiene and safety measures, and behave appropriately. The Operator is entitled to deny entry or remove an attendee who seriously breaches these rules — without entitlement to a refund.

7. Photo, video & consent

The conference is photographed and filmed for the Operator's marketing and editorial purposes. By attending, you consent to the recording and use of such material. If you do not wish to appear in publicly released material, please let us know at info@future-dentistry.cz and we will honour your request.

8. Personal data protection

We process personal data in line with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Sb. We collect only the data needed for registration, attendance and statutory obligations — name, email, optional phone number and billing details. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. 9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) is competent for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution. Before contacting them, please reach out to info@future-dentistry.cz — most situations we can resolve directly.

10. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Changes take effect upon publication on future-dentistry.cz. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
